| Abstract: | The insurance applicant’s disclosure obligation of Taiwan area insurance law detailed provisions fulfill the rule.In the add of the court cases,compared with mainland,Taiwan established a relatively perfect system of policyholder disclosure obligation.This is worth the mainland of the motherland to study and draw lessons from it. |
