保障性住房建设与社会认同体系的建构——以长春市为视角

以政府为主导的保障性住房建设,在满足社会群体住房需求的过程中取得了巨大的成就,但同时也面临着社会认同的缺失。本文从社会认同的理论视角出发,以长春市的保障性住房建设与管理为研究对象,分析了影响保障性住房建设的社会认同因素,并在此基础上提出了社会认同体系建构的相关建议,以期进一步完善保障性住房建设与管理。

Lack and Construction of Social Identity——On the Construction and Management of Affordable Housing of Changchun City

Government-led construction of affordable housing,to meet the housing needs of social groups in the process has made great achievements,but also faces the loss of social identity.This article from the perspective of social identity theory to Changchun City,construction and management of affordable housing for the study,analyzed the impact of the construction of affordable housing social identity factors,and on this basis,proposed a system of social identity construction recommendations,with a view to further improve the construction of affordable housing.
