Some Questions Concerning the Responsibility of Medical Personnel

The solution of one of the most important social tasks of Soviet society — that of securing the further development of the state health-care system and securing the right of citizens to health care — presupposes increasing the effectiveness of the means for the legal protection of this personal benefit.
