On Promulgation of the Statute on Preliminary Confinement Under Guard

The Supreme Soviet of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics orders:

Article 1. Promulgation of the Statute on Preliminary Confinement Under Guard and that it go into effect as of November 1, 1969.
