| 摘 要： | 我国公司职工民主管理立法由于受股东至上主义等立法观念的影响,在实践中导致了公司职工民主管理存在诸多问题。因此,有必要在《公司法》修改中,通过对公司理念的创新,对有关公司职工民主管理的立法进行适当的修改。
