“微博课堂”在中青年干部培训中的实践与探讨

微博、微信等新媒体的发展，正广泛影响着经济、社会发展的方方面面，干部教育培训事业当然也不例外。与实体课堂教学相比，运用微博虚拟平台进行教学，具有不受时空限制、更契合学员需求、及时传递正能量三大优势。基于此，温州市委党校进行了“微博课堂”教学实践，并取得阶段性成果。通过对“微博课堂”教学的深化展开进一步讨论，认为“微教育”、“微交流”、“微发布”等将对干部教育培训事业产生积极影响。
