| Abstract: | The construction of small towns is of special significance to the social and economic development of ethnic regions in Yunnan. Practically, development of these small towns concentrates on different aspects: trade, tourism, transportation, industry, or comprehensive business. Still, their development must be supported by government and propelled by market system. |
