| 摘 要： | 近些年我国在耕地征收方面存在严重的问题,其中重要原因之一是有关法律制度存在诸多缺陷。因此,严格限制耕地征收权限范围,完善耕地征收中的程序、补偿等制度,对于保护耕地和维护农民的合法权益都具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In recent years,farmland expropriation in our country is suffering torture from serious issues.One of the whys consist in quite a few defects in the relevant legal systems.It is very important to be strict with restricting the jurisdiction of farmland expropriation,to perfect the procedural,compensatory and the other related systems in favor of farmland protection and peasant's legal rights. |
