越南文化外交发展初探

近年来,随着国民经济的发展和对外开放水平的提升,越南对文化外交的重视程度也显著增强:不仅将其列为外交三大支柱之一,还通过文化节、展览会、媒体、旅游、语言推广、国际合作等多种方式同国际社会开展文化交流、展示越南文化魅力。这些措施为越南弘扬民族文化本色、提升国家形象、促进国际交往等创造了积极条件,而其中所呈现的问题与挑战也值得关注与思考。

An Analysis on the Development of Vietnam＇s Cultural Diplomacy

In recent years, with the development of national economy and enhancement of opening-up, Vietnam＇s em- phasis on cultural diplomacy also significantly strengthened ： not only listed it as one of the three pillars of diplomacy, but also made use of cultural festivals, exhibitions, media, tourism, language promotion, international cooperation and other ways to carry out cultural exchanges with the international community and introduce the eharm of Vietnamese culture. These measures created positive conditions for Vietnam to enrich cultural characteristics, improve national image and promote in- ternational communication, while the problems and challenges presented in the process are also worth observing and think- rag.
