Charity 3.0 era is characterized by cross-border,collaborative,mass creation and sharing,which is the "universal participation" and "co creation" of charity process.At present,China’s "Internet+charity" has many positive characteristics,such as the youth of the main body,the active diversification of content,the innovation of form interaction and the accuracy of effect expansion.However,there are still some problems in the development process,such as the lack of strict legal norms,the over solidification of industry norms,the lack of transparency of charity information,and the crisis of social trust,which affect the in-depth development of "Internet+charity".Therefore,we need to improve the relevant laws and regulations system,industry self-discipline construction,information disclosure system,morality and technology in parallel,so as to promote the sustainable development of "Internet+charity".
