| 摘 要： | 在高校业余运动队的管理上,教练员扮演着重要角色,他是业余运动队的直接管理者,而对业余队的管理多数是处在兼职的状态,有一半左右的教练员是出于喜爱而带队,有相当一部分教练员对训练的热情不高,根本原因在于长期付出和收获不成比例,训练待遇有待进一步提高.
