| 摘 要： | 当前公安科技成果在转化、推广和应用中存在不少实际问题。应结合公安科技工作的实际,进行深入的研究和分析,在此基础上提出对应的和切合实际的科学管理机制、功能完善机制、需求满足机制,建立多元化的推广和应用平台,为大力提高公安科技成果在公安实践工作中的转化、推广和应用发挥理论指导作用。

| Abstract: | There are some practical problems on the transformation, promotion and application of the scientific and technological achievements in public security. Combined with the actual public security work, this article tries to make an in - depth research and analysis of current problems existing in transformation, promotion and applica- tion of scientific and technological achievements in public security. It turns out that putting forward scientific and technological achievements in public security requires a scientific management mechanism, function perfection mechanism and needs satisfaction mechanism as well as a diversified platform, which can provide a theoretical guid- ance for the transformation, promotion and application of public security scientific and technological achievements. |
