| Abstract: | The mode of community correction measures represents the trend of penalty performance at present.Amendment(Ⅷ) to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China resort to community correction measures what provide legal basis for justice and make up an important foundation for improving the system of punishment.This marks to the establishment of community correction measures in our country.The article will analysis and illustrate the content of carrying out community correction according to law and the management and supervising for execution and probation and parole. |
