| Abstract: | A fairly well-off society should have the features of all-round development and ecological civilization. As far as the situation in China is concerned, the ecological condition is dissatisfied .The ecological civilization, being the foundation and the premise of the substantial civilization as well as the important supplement of the political civilization, is playing an important role in the construction of a fairly well-off society . The construction of ecological civilization should go about conception, institution and behavior. |
