| 摘 要： | 目前,中国民营企业整体上已走出了创业期,进入非常重要的转型期。但民营企业转型单靠自身力量是难以完成的,政府必须在其转型过程中发挥重要作用,包括构建政策法规体系,优化民营企业发展环境;加大融资支持力度,使融资渠道多元化;构建技术支持体系;等等。
