| Abstract: | The juvenile is such group with great plasticity, it's easy for them to step into the abyss of crime, and it's also easy to remake them. Therefore, on the legal provision of juvenile delinquency, we should put our emphasis on the education on them, combing with punishment according the spirits of Chinese law on special protection for the juvenile. Only taking the policies of education, persuasion, saving the juvenile can we create a better social surrounding for them to come back to society. |
