On the Social and Historical Conditions under Which the Ideology of "Three Represents" Came into Being and Achieved Development

It is under the complex social and hi storical conditions that the ideolo gy of "Three Represents"came into being and achieved its development.It had Marxism Leninism as its theoretical origin,peace and development as its bac kground,the domestic and foreign experiences of socialis m construction as its historical basis,and the reform and opening-up pol icy of our country as its actual pre-requisite.Thus,correctly understanding and mastering the social and historical conditions un der which the"Three Rep-resents"ideology came into being and achieved its development is of great theoretical and practical significance for us to publicize and carry out the ideology of "Three Represents".
