| 摘 要： | 随着中国综合国力和国际地位的不断提高，在世界各地汉语热和中国文化热的推动下，海外教育机构孔子学院应运而生。随着办学规模的不断扩大，孔子学院越来越受到国内外的关注，但却褒贬不一。孔子学院规模的扩大对我国的政治、经济、文化和软实力的提升等方面都产生了广泛的影响．警惕“软实力威胁论”成为“中国威胁论”的新版本。
