加快推进我市农业现代化进程

大连率先基本实现现代化,没有农业的现代化是不可能的。我市农业现代化的步伐在加大加快,农业现代化开局喜人。但是由于农业在我市产业中一直是个薄弱环节,欠账较多,在发展过程中又暴露出来许多矛盾和问题,因此,加快推进我市农业现代化进程,必须做好以下几方面工作:政府管理部门要做好农业现代化的规划和领导;实施科技兴农战略,加快农业结构战略性调整;加大农商对接力度,探索产销一条龙的新型经营形式;建立农业大学,加强对农民的文化和农业技术的原则;彻底进行乡镇机构改革和农村税费改革;加快我市工业化、城市化的步伐。

Speeding up the agricultural modernization of Dalian

It's impossible for Dalian to take the lead in achieving modernization basically without modernized agriculture. Now a great progress has been made in the initial stage of agricultural modernization, but there are still many contradictions and problems such as too many debts. To accelerate the agricultural modernization, it's necessary to deal well with the following work: the government should do well in planning and leading agricultural modernization; develop agriculture by high technology and improve agricultural structure; intensify combination of agriculture and commerce and exploring new operating form; establishing agricultural university and intensifying cultural and technological training for farmers; carrying out reform of villages and towns and rural taxation; accelerating industrialization and urbanization of Dalian.
