摘    要:我国政府绩效价值存在经济绩效价值泛化、公众的政府绩效评价主体价值缺乏、公共利益没有成为共同价值等问题,比如,评价指标体系不科学、评价主体单一化、评价程序不规范、评价技术与方法落后、绩效改进机制缺乏等等。本文基于我国政府绩效评估价值重置和构建和谐社会的思考.对我国地方政府绩效评估指标体系提出具体的修正建议。

Abstract:Our country government achievement effect value existence such as economy achievement effect value general melt,the public government achievement effect valuation main body value insufficiency,common benefit do not become common value and so on problem,lead to the present available government achievement effect valuation system existence a lot of outstanding problem,such as valuation index system no science,valuation main body single-relation,valuation procedure no standard,valuation technology and method backward,achievement effect improvement mechanism insufficiency and so on.based on the government achievement effect appraising value resetting and structuring thinking of harmonious society,the author appraises our country local goyernment achievement effect brought forward by country Ministry of Personnel index system submits the policy suggestion being amended.
