| 摘 要： | 警察职业化教育模式下的学生(学员)管理,是公安院校探索构建"大教育、大培训"工作体系面临的新课题。必须从机制体制入手,改革现存的管理模式,坚持以学生(学员)管理为主体,加强以队建制为主学生(学员)管理工作体系建设,建立规范、统一、效能的学生(学员)管理体制和工作运行机制,以适应公安人才培养和队伍建设的需要。

| Abstract: | the college student management in the mode of police professional training is the new topic in the search of constructing the working system of developing "comprehensive education and training".It is better to start with the managnism by reforming the present management,sticking to the students-oriented management.It should also enhance the students-oriented management by establishing the unit-oriented system,and establish the management and working system of the students-oriented with standardization,integrity and efficiency,in order to meet the demand for the the training of the police talents and construction of the policing forces. |
