| 摘 要： | 人作为一种文化的存在,在文化的生成过程中创造着人自身,文化与人是一种统一辩证的关系,文化创造了文化环境,文化环境改变着人,同时,人又是通过文化创造而实现自身的存在。本文通过对著名管理学大师彼得.圣吉的理论即U型理论中体现的中国文化元素的分析,对文化的某些方面进行阐述并做出了简单思考。
