| 摘 要： | 如何塑造适应新农村建设要求的新组织、新党员、新农民,以形成建设社会主义新农村的强大合力?这是农村基层党组织目前的工作重心。在社会主义新农村建设的过程中,浙江省湖州市形成了独具特色的"湖州模式"。而湖州市五四村充分发展农村基层党内民主,带动和促进新一轮农村经济、政治发展的有效做法更是具有一定借鉴意义。
