闽台毒品犯罪问题研究

通过对闽台毒品犯罪的现状及其产生与发展的原因分析，对闽台毒品犯罪的发展趋势作出预测：闽台毒品市场所涉毒品种类趋于多元，闽台毒贩相勾结的现状日趋复杂，易制毒化学品管理力度加大后闽台毒贩将向外转移。打击闽台毒品犯罪的对策：闽台两地要加快建立禁毒情报交流机制；进一步加强刑事司法方面的联系与协作；坚持“两手抓”；还要加强与其他国家和地区的警务合作。

Research on Drug Crimes between Fujian and Taiwan

After analyzing the situation and the reason for emerging and developing of drug crimes between Fujian and Taiwan provinces,the author predicts the developing trend of such crimes,such as: more and more types of drugs will be used in the market in Fujian and Taiwan,the collusion of Fujian and Taiwan drug traffickers will be more and more complicated,the drug traffickers will move to other places after the strict administration of precursor chemicals.Therefore,the author raises the suggestion of fighting against the crimes that is to establish the drug-control intelligence exchange mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan as soon as possible,to enhance criminal judicial assistance between Fujian and Taiwan,to stick to the principle of strengthening the work in all aspects and to enhance the policing cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan as well as other area and countries.
