| 摘 要： | 近年来,社会公共事件频发,警察面临严重的信任与舆论危机。为应对危机,维护警察形象,化解和减少危机造成的损害,公安机关应具备强大的预警能力、建立快速反应和部门联动机制,建立合理的舆论引导机制、阶段评估以及善后管理机制,并能够快速安抚社会情绪。

| Abstract: | In recent years,social and public events have happened frequently and police are facing with serious crisis on trust and public opinion.To deal with the crisis,maintain the image of the police,resolve and reduce the harm caused by the crisis,police organs have to have strong early-warning ability,construct mechanism of rapid reaction and joint actions among departments,build reasonalbe mechanisms of guiding public opinions,periodical evaluation and follow-up mechanism,be able to comfort the social emotions. |
