| 摘 要： | 新修改的《商标法》和《商标法实施细则》的实施,对于我国社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善,特别是对规范 和整顿市场经济秩序起到了重要的作用。但在商标注册申请的“超国民待遇”、商标异议程序的实用性、强制注册、使用注 册商标标记等问题上还存在一定的缺陷,需要进一步改进扣完善。

| Abstract: | the implementation of the new-modified trademark law and detailed regulations of the trademark law play a important role for the further perfect of socialist market economy especially for the restructure of the market economic order bet there still is certain blemish on the over citizen's treatment in the application of trademark register, trademark disagreement procedure compulsory register and the usage of trademark etc. All of these problems need more improvement and modification. |
