| Abstract: | After the Communist Party of China （CPC） held the landmark .3^rd Plenary Session of its 11^th Central Committee in 1978, both the CPC and the State shifted the priority of work onto socialist economic development, leading to resumption of development of socialist democracy and the rule of law in China. Over the past 30 years, great development has been realized in all aspects of the work of adjudication by People＇s Courts across China. |
