摘    要:目前以分科式课程设置为准则的法学本科教育,法学知识的内部系统性、法学知识和真实世界的外部关联性都具有局限性,不利于学生形成系统的法律思维方式和技能。我国法学本科课程的整合存在基于学科交叉的整合、基于法律现场的整合和基于案例分析的整合三种方式,教师知识结构和院校政策与物力支持是其设置有效的关键。

The Integration and Implementation Strategy of Legal Undergraduate Courses
Abstract:The course setting of legal undergraduate education, on the base of different subjects, leads to the lack of the internal systematization of legal knowledge and the relevance between the external life world and legal education, which is not good for students to shape legal thinking and skills. There are three integrated patterns in the course setting of our legal undergraduate education: the integration based on case study, interdisciplinary and legal field, and their key point is the knowledge structure of teachers and policy and material support from colleges and universities.
