On the Expression of Prison Talk Eloquence

Education and rehabilitation of offenders is an important task of the prison authorities. And the implementation of individual education for offenders is one of the necessary means to reform criminals. Based on the concept of prison talk eloquence as the starting point, this article discusses the six common conversation eloquent ways of expression including the method of suit the remedy to the case, the method of tradeoff, the method of false alternate with true, the method of using facts to convince the people, incentive emotional method and improving the occasion method, and points out the problems of applying the conversation eloquence expression method that should be paid attention to. Obviously, this has a certain practical significance and theoretical value to improving the quality of the rehabilitation of offenders and constructing harmonious society
