| 摘 要： | 养老保险制度是我国重要的社会保障制度之一,是建立、健全社会保障体系的核心内容。当前企业职工养老保险领域存在着诸多问题。我国已经进入老龄化社会,解决＂老有所养＂的问题,已成为政府和人民群众关心的一件大事。本文在分析问题的基础上提出了企业职工养老保险完善的对策。

| Abstract: | Endowment insurance system is one of the important social security systems and the core of a sound social security system.Currently,there exist many problems in the field of enterprise employee endowment insurance.Our country has already entered the aging society and seeking a solution for everyone to have access to old-age care has become an important matter the government and all the people are concerned with.Based on the analysis of the problems,this article comes up with countermeasure to improve enterprise employee endowment insurance. |
