论我国监狱的行刑社会化

行刑社会化,是指我国监狱在对罪犯执行刑罚的过程中,积极组织和充分利用社会各方面的积极力量,参与对罪犯的改造和矫正,放宽自身与社会隔离的界限,使内在的行刑环境与社会环境相衔接,以促进罪犯顺利回归社会。行刑社会化是我国监狱行刑的重要原则。文章根据我国监狱行刑社会化的实施现状,提出五项建议:一是扩大假释的适用;二是设置半开放式监狱或监区;三是充分利用社会教育;四是组织罪犯监外劳动;五是完善社区矫正的制度。

The Socialization of Executing in Our Country's Jail

The socialization of executing refers to our country jail to carry out the penalty process to the criminal,to organize and use various aspects positive strength of the society,to participate to the transformation of the criminal,to relax the boundary with the society,to link up the executing environment and the social environment,to promote the criminal smoothly to return the society.The socialization of executing is the cardinal principle which our country jail executes.According to the present situation of the socialization of executing in our country jail,the article puts forward five proposals : one,expand the use of parole;two,establish half open style jail;three,use fully the social education;four,organize the criminals to work outside the jail;five,perfect the system of community rectifies.
