| 摘 要： | 对中韩两国电子产品贸易关系、竞争力及关税结构进行比较分析，发现中韩自由贸易区（FTA）建立后，在给我国低附加值和低技术含量电子产业带来发展机遇的同时，短时期内，也会给我国的高附加值和高技术含量的电子产业带来较大的冲击，在此基础上提出建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and comparison of trade relations, competitiveness and tariff structure between China and Korea, we dig out that it imposes great impact on China＇ s high value - added electronic industry while brings opportunity for China＇ s low value -added electronic industry, and then put out some suggestions. |
