| 摘 要： | 当前,我国的食品安全现状不容乐观。本文在对我国现行食品安全法律进行客观分析的基础上,结合西方发达国家的有益经验,就我国食品安全法律体系的完善,提出了相应的建议。

| Abstract: | The safe state of food hygiene in our country allows of no optimist in recent years.This paper,on the basis of the thing that analyses objectively to the safe law of our country'*current food hygiene,combining the beneficial experience of the western developed country,to the perfection of the safe legal system of food hygiene of our country,has put forward the corresponding suggestion. |
