| 摘 要： | 本课题跟踪沈阳市50强企业15年的统计资料,梳理出304个独立企业并按趋势予以分类,进行了切片性分析,从中找出50强企业稳、降、升的个中因素,并由此得出结论:政府明晰培育战略、把握经济格局、搭平台树品牌,为其他副省级城市50强企业的成长提供理论借鉴.
