| 摘 要： | 实物证据是毒品犯罪案件中的一种重要证据形式,也是一种间接证据,收集难度比较大,但对于追查和打击毒品犯罪却能够发挥重要的作用。因此,办案人员不仅要了解毒品犯罪案件中实物证据的特点和种类,而且还要遵循一定的收集程序和规范,以便更有效地打击毒品犯罪。

| Abstract: | The material evidences are one of the most important evidences in drug-related criminal cases.As indirect evidences,the collection to them is hard.However,they play major roles in detecting and cracking these cases.Therefore,it requires that the police officials who are detecting these cases should not only know well about the characters and classifications of the material evidences in drug-related criminal cases but also follow certain procedures and rules to fight against drug-related crimes. |
