| 摘 要： | 高校是一座巨大的人力资源库,但这中间又存在着青年人力资源总体丰富,人才总量缺乏的矛盾。文章分析了高校青年人力资源现状,并就如何利用高校青年人才资源优势,全面提高他们的整体水平,促进高校青年人力资源的开发和重新配置等问题作了阐述。
