| 摘 要： | 在全球化将整个世界构建成为一个高度集中的整体的条件下,任何局部的灾难都将产生出危及全局的风险,而不同的民族文化对风险的认知都有着不同的维度,而且不同的民族文化中根据风险对人进行的认知也有着巨大的差异。全球化条件下的中国社会要能够科学应对当前国内的风险,就应当立足于人的生存与发展,从文化的视角对风险加以科学的反思和深刻的认知。

| Abstract: | In the condition of the globalization constructs world into a whole,any local disaster will make some risks that harm the whole,but different national culture has different dimension to recognize the risk,and there are some noticeable differences to recognize the human according to risk in different national culture.Chinese society want to scientifically deal with the contemporary and domestic risks in the condition of globalization,it should stand on the existence and development of human beings,and scientifically rethink and deeply recognize the risk from the prospective of culture. |
