| 摘 要： | 农民健康保障体系是我国社会保障体系的薄弱环节,突出表现为保障层次低、范围小、覆盖面窄以及农村医疗机构萎缩等,农民群众存在“看病贵”和“看病难”问题。本文通过调查,对济南市建立农民健康保障体系的措施进行了探讨和总结,并针对存在的问题提出了对策和建议。
