拆迁冲突的化解：基于泰州市“阳光拆迁”实践的思考

为化解拆迁冲突,一些地方政府推行了“阳光拆迁”.通过体制、机制创新使拆迁工作取得了巨大成绩.但“阳光拆迁”作为一种新的拆迁实践仍然存在制度创新的空间,需要进一步完善.为此,地方政府应该牢固树立共赢理念,科学厘定补偿标准,统一规范工作规程,建设过硬拆迁队伍,以保证和谐拆迁及城市建设的顺利进行.
