| 摘 要： | 在我国城乡一体化进程中,逐步完善农民工养老保险制度是2020年全面建成小康社会的重要保障。本文概述了农民工的概念和基本特征,在分析国内外关于农民工养老保险制度研究的热点和难点的基础上,提出了完善农民工养老保险制度的建议。

| Abstract: | In the process of integration of urban and rural areas in China,gradually developing the social insurance system for migrant workers is an important guarantee to achieve a comprehensive well-off society in 2020.Based on the review of the concept,characteristics of the migrant workers and the research on the urgent and difficult problems of their social insurance system for migrant workers,this paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing the migrant workers＇ social insurance system during the process of urbanization in China. |
