也谈民主

民主是相对于专制而言的。民主的本意是人民治理国家。人民治理国家是通过民主政治体制实现的。民主的基本原则是人民主权,其基本构件是选举、自治、法治和分权。民主是人类创造的政治文明成果,它没有阶级性。巴黎公社是社会主义的雏形,它的民主形式是对资本主义民主的直接采用。

And the administration of the people actualized based on the democratic political system. The principle of the democracy is the dominion of the people. The basic components of the dominion are election, self-government, legal system and decentralization. The democracy is the political enlightened production created by the human. It isn＇t class character. The Paris Commune is the rudiment of the socialism. Its democratic modality inherits directly the capitalistic democracy.
