加强公民道德建设与完善道德立法

“加强社会主义法制,是公民道德建设的重要保证”,加强公民道德建设必须完善道德立法,完善道德立法最主要的是要完善社会家庭生活领域中的道德立法;完善职业道德立法;完善社会公德立法。完善道德立法,并不是混淆道德和法律的界限,更不是用法律代替道德,只是在社会转型期,通过法律的强制性去调整道德无法调整的范围,以提高整个社会的道德水准。

But first of all,we must perfect the moral legislation in the fields of family life, occupational morality, and socialethics. Further more,we don't want to confuse the boundary between law and morality or take the moral place by perfecting moral legislation. We only want to adjust what the morality can't adjust by the force of law. In this way we can improve the moral level in the whole society.
