| 摘 要： | 构建区域创新系统是提高自主创新能力、加快科技创新和经济社会跨越式发展的根本保证,地方政府在构建区域创新系统中将发挥重要的作用。本文着重分析了政府在构建区域创新系统中的地位和作用,并对如何发挥政府作用提出了建议。
