| 摘 要： | 警察队伍专业化已经成为我国监狱理论学者和实务部门广泛关注的问题。推行监狱警察岗位资格制度有助于加强监狱警察队伍专业化建设，其关键问题是组织重构和管理流程再造、岗位体系构建和岗位标准设计以及营造开放流动的警力资源配置环境，而推行岗位资格制度的可能路径是通过试点改革，以典型带动，循序渐进地予以推动，逐步形成岗位资格制度的有效运行机制和保障模式。
