| 摘 要： | 经济犯罪案件侦查学的基础理论问题,是经济犯罪案件侦查学研究当中的重要内容。明确界定经济犯罪案件侦查学的学科对象、范围、体系、主体、客体、机制等,透彻剖析其所包含的内在要素,有助于从宏观上促进经济犯罪案件侦查学科的繁荣、发展,加强对经济犯罪案件侦查工作实践的指导,提高经济犯罪案件侦查工作的整体水平。
