| Abstract: | International commercial law is a branch of international law.International commercial convention and international commercial custom are publicly recognized source of international commercial law.But academicians have made little research on the question whether national law is the source of international commercial law.Even those who have made some research hold different opinions on this issue.This article mainly discusses the question whether national law is the source of international commercial law,while making research on some related questions.It is ready to receive comments and criticism from other academicians. |
