| Abstract: | Energy resources diplomacy of far east Russia aims to making sources of the fund, and making development between far east Russia and the Caspian Sea complementary to each other. Japan takes important position in it. Oil and gas resources are also a political card of Russia in northeast Asia. Russia and Japan both give a hope to oil and gas sources, Russia want to realize Eurasian integration and Japan want to obtain strategic support from them. |
