| 摘 要： | 电子政务系统的成功不仅取决于技术因素,更取决于用户的接受。本文以计划行为理论(TPB)和技术接受模型(TAM)为基础,建立分析公众接受政府门户网站影响因素的理论模型和假设,通过调查获取了225份有效问卷,运用SPSS和LISREL软件进行数据分析和假设检验,结果表明:模型能够解释公众使用意向的方差为58.3%;影响公众接受政府门户网站的主要因素包括感知有用性、信任、感知易用性、外部影响、人际影响、自我效能和便利条件。最后,提出了促进公众接受政府门户网站的若干建议。
