军事联盟:利益之的与道义之矢

在战争史上,几乎所有重要的战争都是联盟战争,或至少包含有联盟的因素.联盟之形成,无不以战争双方在经济、政治和安全上的利益为基础.战争中各种联盟的结合与瓦解,时常打着道义的旗号,但从来都不只是为了道义的目的.历史已然,未来亦此.虽然当代军事联盟的形式发生了某些重要变化,军事联盟的价值指向仍不会脱离利益的靶心,只是其利益之的与道义之矢无论在形式上还是在实质上都将结合得越来越紧.

Military Alliance: Aim of Interest & Arrow of Morality and Justice

In the history of war, almost all important wars are wars between alliances, or at least having something to do with alliances. No war alliance is not based on the economic, political and security interests. The formation or disintegration of various alliances in war, though often under the banner of morality and justice, is never solely for the purpose of morality and justice. This has been proved by history, and will be proved in the future. Despite the appearance of some significant changes in the form of contemporary military alliances, military alliances will not deviate from the aim of interest. The aim of interest and the arrow of morality and justice will be more closely integrated both in form and in essence.
