| 摘 要： | 经过近几年的发展,济南市新能源产业的发展已初具规模,并形成了一定的区域性优势和竞争力.济南市新能源产业发展面临着新的机遇,但也面临着配套体系尚不完善、自主创新能力不强、部分产品技术层次偏低、标准体系不完善、市场发展不规范等方面的挑战.推动济南市新能源产业发展必须制定新能源产业发展战略;完善支持新能源产业发展的政策体系;建立完善的科研与服务体系;建立促进新能源产业发展的管理机制;推动强强战略合作,实现新能源优势产业集群发展.
